Liberating Leadership” paper based on the Freedom, Inc. book’s research won the annual Syntec Award for the best academic article published by a French institution affiliated scholar (Isaac’s case) in the category “Management, HR, Organization.”

There were 4 categories and 3-4 nominated articles in each after 2 rounds of selection by an academic and a business world juries.
