On March 2023, a Brussels-based consultancy AION has organized a conference on the liberating leadership and liberated companies inviting many local business leaders.
It is remarkable that AION describes itself as a liberated company and is clearly promoting the liberating leadership to transform organizations.
The participants of the round table (see the agenda), included the former CEO of the Südzucker Belgian division Thomas Hubbuch who practiced that type of leadership. After retiring, Thomas founded the Unbossing Company. All the speakers has shared their belief on the importance of trust and responsibility at work — the key principles of the liberated company.
