…When I got to Boeing… I really didn’t do well with, every relationship I have is basically a personal relationship, I don’t really have any business relationships, I only have personal relationships.  And so, when I got to Boeing, it was like I had a bunch of business relationships all of a sudden.  There were people I didn’t care about, I mean, everyday I was working with a bunch of people I didn’t, I wouldn’t have chosen to be with.  You know, like, I kind of vowed, I could see that I didn’t have to start a design company, but I had started a company where I was with my friends every day.
