Together with Gilles Arnaud, we have published an article titled “The Liberated Company Theoretical Concept: Current Issues and the Intimidating Complexity of Organizational Design.”
Among other topics, we discuss several pressing issues that 15 years of research on the Liberated Company have revealed. We also publish, for the first time, a scholars-based list of nearly 70 liberated companies and provide a comprehensive definition of the Liberated Company.
